Understanding of the times - Introduction

The Scriptures tell us that in the tribe of Issachar there was this ability: "Of the sons of Issachar, two hundred chiefs, understood the times, and knew what Israel should do, whose saying was followed by all the brothers." The people followed their guidance because they knew what had to be done, because they understood the times.
